Set in a conservation shophouse on charming Ann Siang Road, Lolla is helmed by Chef Johanne Siy who was awarded Asia’s Best Female Chef by Asia’s Best Restaurants in 2023. She has steered the restaurant to a rank of 43 in Asia’s Best Restaurants and helped achieve its maiden listing in the Michelin Guide. Chef Jo’s cuisine is mindful, produce-driven and prepared with a modern sensibility.
The ground floor of the restaurant has our open kitchen with a zinc bar counter where diners can watch our chefs at work. In the basement we have a beautiful long wooden communal table where bigger groups can dine.
We serve our a la carte and seasonal menu from Mondays to Thursdays. And only our tasting menu for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. For lunch on Saturdays, we only serve a prix fixe menu which features the current seasonal dishes. If you would like to experience our tasting menu on a weekday, please let us know at least three days ahead of your reservation.
